How to use an electric vehicle charging pile

Author:

In response to the national call for environmental protection and energy saving, more and more people are choosing to buy electric vehicles, which are not only fuel-efficient but also convenient.

Using an electric vehicle charging station is relatively simple.

First, find a charging station suitable for your electric vehicle and ensure that the charging station is compatible with your vehicle's charging port. The charging station usually indicates the supported charging port types, such as Type 1 or Type 2. Then, check the status of the charging station to ensure that it is idle so that you can start charging.

Next, unlock your electric vehicle. If your vehicle has an automatic unlocking function, the vehicle should unlock automatically when approaching the charging station; otherwise, you may need to unlock it manually. Then, remove the charging gun from the charging station and insert it into the charging port of the electric vehicle, ensuring that the connection is firm and secure.

Once the charging gun is correctly connected, you can start the charging process. This is usually done through the charging station's touchscreen interface or by pressing a button on the charging station. After starting, the charging station will display the charging speed and estimated charging time. During the charging process, you can view the charging progress through the charging station's screen.

When charging is complete, the charging station will automatically stop charging. At this time, you need to unplug the charging gun and unlock the electric vehicle to drive away from the charging station. Some charging stations may also require you to pay for electricity. You can use cash, credit cards, or other payment methods to complete the payment.

Please note that when using the charging station, please keep the surface of the charging station dry and free of residue to maintain a good operating environment. At the same time, ensure that you follow the correct steps to operate the charging station to ensure safe and efficient charging.

Haidong Bus Group Visits CoolQ JiaNeng for Inspection and Research | Deepening Exchanges, Jointly Exploring New Opportunities for Green Energy Cooperation

Recently, a delegation from Haidong Public Transport Group Co., Ltd. (Haidong Bus Group) paid a visit to Henan Kuqi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Kuqi JiaNeng) for an inspection and research tour, as well as a focused exchange. The two parties engaged in in-depth discussions on key areas such as smart charging, battery-swap applications for buses, and the development of zero‑carbon industrial parks, with the aim of deepening cooperation in the new‑energy sector and accelerating the green, low‑carbon transformation of public transportation. They reached several agreements on these fronts.
