Overview of Charging and Storage Stations
The charging and storage station supports both 380V AC power and DC fast chargers for replenishing the energy storage battery, with a maximum charging power of up to 120kW. The energy storage battery has a rated capacity of 473kWh, and it takes approximately 2 hours to charge from low to full capacity. In discharge mode, the station is equipped with a dual-gun 120kW DC fast charger, enabling simultaneous charging of two electric vehicles.
Components of the Energy Storage Station
The charging and storage station features a modular design organized by function, with each functional module strategically arranged within the station to maximize space utilization. It primarily consists of the following functional modules:
a) Energy storage battery stack;
b) Battery Management System (BMS);
c) Energy Management System (EMS);
d) Fire protection, security, and environmental control systems;
e) Power conversion unit;
f) DC fast charging system;
g) Electrical components and associated control units;
h) Mechanical and exterior housings;
i) Transfer vehicle.
